Hilla Havkin, a Tel Aviv native and founder of Havkin Architects, has a diverse educational background. Initially, she completed a bachelor’s degree in Biology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem before pivoting to architecture. She graduated in 1999 from Tel Aviv University’s School of Architecture with a B.Arch degree. In 2005, she established Havkin Architects, a firm that focuses on residential, commercial, and public architecture, as well as furniture and product design.
Hilla finds her creative spark in various sources: the people she encounters, nature, cinema, literature, and her global travels. Her approach to each project, whether it’s designing a home, a dining table, or even a bottle, is tailored to the specific requirements of her clients. What sets Havkin Architects apart is their meticulous attention to detail and materials, coupled with a touch of humor in their designs.
