The Italian company Henge presented its new collection at Milan Design Week 2023, an event held from April 18 to 23. The collection, titled "Beyond Matter," includes a range of new lighting and furniture pieces designed in collaboration with international designers. The new collection is characterized by its timeless design and includes creations by longstanding collaborators such as Massimo Castagna, Ugo Cacciatori, and Isabella Genovese, along with a new partnership with the globally recognized designer Yabu Pushelberg. The collection is marked by the use of advanced technologies combined with Italian craftsmanship.
Among the highlights are three new lighting pieces: Spyder X, an evolution of Henge's iconic Spyder light, featuring industrial chic style; Gatsby, a re-imagined classic chandelier that plays with shadows in a sophisticated way; and Legacy, a technologically advanced LED light providing 360° illumination. The collection also includes the Muse coffee table and a new sofa named Gentle, featuring smooth lines and soft shapes.
These pieces are designed to complement each other with contrasting lines and unique materials or can be combined harmoniously to suit different styles. The collection draws inspiration from the unexpected, such as the magic of travel and spontaneous moments of creativity.
