The creation of the Padiglioni table by designer Alain Gilles was inspired by the pavilion created by the genius of world architecture Mies van der Rohe for the International Exhibition in Barcelona. The central element of this table is the base, which consists of three asymmetrical elements placed seemingly in a completely random order, which gives the composition a visual dynamic. That is why, looking at the table from a close distance and changing the viewpoint, the shape of the table transforms, presenting a new perspective. The straight, massive tabletop smoothly merges into a conical side section, contrasting with the shape of the base, completing the overall look. The Padiglioni table is a story of contrasts leading a dialogue between each other, it is a harmony and balance of creative creativity of Alain Gilles and technical skill of Bonaldo
